Meet Our Leadership Team
Chris Austin, MA, BSW, CSWCM
Chris Austin is a Social Worker by background, and has worked in various geriatric arenas most of her professional career. In addition to her Social Work degree, she holds a Master’s degree in Business, and previously operated an Aging Life Care™ practice. She is a Certified Social Work Case Manager through the National Association of Social Workers, and is an Advanced Aging Life Care Professional® through the Aging Life Care Association (www.aginglifecare.org). Chris resides in Lee County.
Dr. Bob Rahmanian
Dr. Rahmanian completed his pre-medical studies at Wayne State University and medical schooling at Des Moines University. He has 20 years of experience as an emergency department physician and has worked with telehealth since 2008. Dr. Rahmanian has been providing care in the skilled nursing community for the past 5 years at facilities in Lee and Collier Counties and is also a hospice credentialed physician.
