As Executive Director, Christine is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth and culture of the organization’s Home Health, Home Care, Care Management and Medical Care operations. With more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare leader and clinician, she has worked in numerous post-acute environments throughout her professional career.

Prior to joining Cypress at Home, Christine served in various leadership positions within Lee Health, most recently as the Director of Post-Acute Intake & Business Development and served on various committees and work groups.

Christine possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University. She also serves as an officer of the District XVI Florida Healthcare Association and as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Rob Reed, MBA

Cypress at Home Associate Executive Director

As the Associate Executive Director for Cypress at Home, Rob oversees the operations for Home Health and Home Care. A highly-qualified and experienced healthcare leader, Rob has over 10 years of Post-Acute Leadership experience.

Prior to joining the Cypress at Home organization, Mr. Reed served as the Director of Operations for Page Healthcare, Inc., which oversaw the operations of a 180-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility and a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency.

Rob is a graduate of The Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Cypress at Home Manager of Health Services & Business Development

As Manager of Health Services & Business Development, Todd provides leadership, strategic direction and tactical planning for Home Health, Home Care, Care Management and Medical Care. An experienced sales and business development strategist with over 20 years of industry experience, Todd brings a passionate commitment to serving the health care needs of older adults in the Southwest Florida Community.

Prior to joining Cypress at Home, Todd worked for Lee Health as a Senior Physician Relations and Network Development Representative and was instrumental in business development efforts and the growth of Lee Health’s outpatient, post-acute and accountable care networks.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication.

Cypress at Home Medical Director

As Medical Director, Dr. Rahmanian is responsible for the development and oversight of Cypress Cove resident care policies, procedures and assists in the coordination of medical care.

Prior to joining Cypress at Home, he had been providing care at skilled nursing community facilities in Lee and Collier Counties for over 5 years. A credentialed hospice physician, Dr. Rahmanian has also been active with use of telehealth since 2008.

Dr. Rahmanian completed his pre-medical studies at Wayne State University and medical schooling at Des Moines University. He has 20 years of experience as an emergency department physician.

JENNIFER BLUE, MSN, RN

Cypress at Home Director of Nursing

As Director of Nursing, Jennifer is responsible for the clinical operations of Home Health and Home Care. With over a decade of experience in clinical practice and hospital management, Jennifer brings a passion and expertise for the care of older adults in the Southwest Florida Community.

Prior to accepting the Director of Nursing Role with Cypress at Home, she worked for Lee Health as Director of Nursing-Neuroscience PCU at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers. Jennifer served as Stroke Program Coordinator, as well in leadership roles for several key healthcare support and service areas. She has served also as an oncology clinical supervisor at Southwest Regional Medical Center/Gulf Coast Medical Center and as an Adjunct Professor with Nova Southwestern University in Fort Lauderdale.

Jennifer is graduate of Nova Southeastern University with both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degree.

Tyson Hutchison, APRN

Cypress at Home Medical Care Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

As an APRN, Tyson is an integral provider for supporting all facets of the Medical Care team, with his main focus on primary care services within the Cypress at Home program and the Cypress Cove community. He brings extensive experience in primary care, emergency medicine and post-acute care.

Prior to joining the Medical Care team, Tyson began his nursing medical career in 2010, working in the emergency department at Lakeland Regional Medical Hospital. Recently, he was a Nurse Practitioner with Lee Health.

Tyson is a graduate from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida and from West Liberty State College in West Liberty, West Virgina where he earned a Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, respectively.

Cypress at Home Medical Care Physician Assistant

As a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with the Medical Care Team of Cypress at Home, Tim’s primary focus is the medical management of patients in a post-acute care setting.

Prior to joining Cypress at Home, Tim served at Physicians Regional Medical Center, practicing in Emergency Medicine and later transitioned to the post-acute care setting.

Along with a bachelor’s degree in communications from Colorado State University, Tim has a Masters Degree of Medical Science and completed his Physician Assistant program at Nova Southeastern University.

As Home Care Management Director, Chris oversees a passionate and committed team of care professionals who, along with seniors and their families, determine what level of care or support is needed and ensure that the care is effective and being delivered as it should.

Prior to joining Cypress at Home, Chris worked in various geriatric arenas and operated an Aging Life Care™ practice.

In addition to her Social Work degree, Christine holds a Master’s degree in Business, She is a Certified Social Work Case Manager through the National Association of Social Workers, and is an Advanced Aging Life Care Professional® through the Aging Life Care Association.
