Assistant Director of Nursing

Jonathan “Jon” Grady, RN was promoted to Cypress at Home’s Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in October 2022. He had previously served as the Home Health Clinical Educator for Cypress at Home. Jon has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts, and is currently working on a nurse practitioner’s degree in adult gerontology. His nursing career includes experience working in the operating room, medical-surgical unit, and home health.
